Since January 2023, powder coating has been done internally. Our brand-new, state-of-the-art powder coating line is operational and has allowed us to further optimise our production processes. Thanks to this advanced pre-treatment technique, driven by nanotechnology, we give optimal quality and durability to our products.

Our powder coating process
Before the products can be carefully removed from the powder coating line they go through a number of steps.
- Degreasing, rinsing and pre-treatment in the spraying tunnel
- Drying in the drying kiln
- Coating in the painting booth
- Baking out in the muffle furnace
