Quality management is of fundamental importance within the Metafox production process. Careful checks are therefore carried out at every stage of the production process. This is done especially when starting up a new series, in order to be certain that each product meets the company´s high standards.

Different measuring instruments
To perform these checks we use various measuring instruments, including 3D measuring stations and check gauges. Choosing the right instrument depends on the specific needs of our customers, with the level of inspection being determined in accordance with their wishes and requirements.
Our digital measuring arm scans the parts completely and digitalises them. This enables us to compare the parts with the "master" drawing, so that any deviations can be measured. Our ultimate objective is to ensure that these deviations fall within the indicated tolerance zone.

In our collaborations with suppliers, we set stringent requirements for the quality and reliability of their deliveries. This applies particularly for the raw materials that we use for the bending and processing of tubes, where the quality of the raw materials is of vital importance for the final result.
