One of the first steps in the production process is the cutting and sawing of tubes, profiles and solid material. Specific sawing machines ensure that your tubes are precisely shortened to the right length and required tolerances.

Depending on the application, different sawing machines are used, each with their particular purposes.
- Automatic circular saw with automatic input and deburring unit to cut steel or aluminium tubes/profiles
- Manual and semi-automatic circular saws (steel, stainless steel, aluminium)
- Automatic mitre saw

- Saw setups for shortening curved tubes
Deburring with an eye for finishing
After carefully sawing tubes we attach great importance to deburring the sawed tube lengths. This removes sharp edges and burrs from the metal.
If this does not happen automatically with the circular saw, we have high-performance manual deburring and brushing machines.
