Tube laser cutting is an extremely precise technology which is suitable for cutting tubes and profiles of various materials, such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium. With this tube laser cutting technology, profiles can be cut into arbitrary forms.

Your possibilities with tube laser cutting
Tube laser cutting offers a range of possibilities. Taking the following specifications into account, our tube laser cutting machines are adapted to your product.
- Input tubes up to 9.20 m
- Output tubes up to 6 m
- Up to a diameter of 250 cm
- Maximum wall thickness of steel: 10 mm
- Minimum wall thickness of stainless steel: 6 mm
- Minimum wall thickness of aluminium: 5 mm
Our tube laser cutting machines
Tube laser cutting can be done with both nitrogen and oxygen. Moreover, our tube laser cutting machines are equipped with advanced weld seam detection, making it possible to precisely identify both the inside and outside of the weld seam.
Furthermore, our lasers have a module with which we can flow-drill and thread-tap holes in the tubes.
Offline programming
The automatic programming of our tube laser machine uses STEP files, whereby a 3D file (SAT, STP, etc.) is introduced from each arbitrary drawing program. In this way programs are generated quickly and without errors.
