  Belgian manufacture: the Chambord chairs are manufactured by Metafox at its production site in Ardooie, Belgium, and comply with all applicable standards. Consequently, Metafox offers a general product guarantee of 5 years against possible manufacturing defects and this under normal use of the chairs.

BASE / FRAME

• Profiled aluminium tube 25 x 25 x 2.4 mm.
  TIG-welded at 6 points under the seat.
  Wear-resistant polypropylene foot caps on the 4 legs that simultaneously serve as protective stacking caps.
  4 additional protective stacking caps.
  Finish: polyester epoxy coated in a RAL colour from the Metafox collection.

FINISH SEAT & BACK

Seat:

• Plywood 9 mm & mousse seat 5 cm thick, density 50 kg/m³.
  The seat is finished with double flat stitching.
  Fastening of the seat with 5 wood screws with high pull-out value.

Back:

• Plywood 22 mm & mousse back 3 cm thick, density 38 kg/m³.
  Fastening of the back to the tubular frame with 2 screws, lacquered in the colour of the frame.
  Thanks to their high density and generous thickness, the (fire-retardant) mousses offer optimal seating comfort.

The seat & back are cold foam and therefore very dimensionally stable.

UPHOLSTERY

• Upholstery of your choice (velour, tweed, flat fabrics,...) from the standard Metafox collection (+/- 75 collections).
• The fabric collections are divided into 4 price categories (A, B, C and D).
• All fabrics are fire-retardant treated according to EN (EUR), M (FR) or BS (UK) standards.
