Finishing operations
When it comes to finishing operations on tubes, there are several options, both manual and fully automatic.
A common finishing operation is tube rejuvenation (see images on the right). This involves cylindrically reducing the diameter of a tube, allowing the tubes to be joined together.
Other tube operations are also performed, such as tube widen or ageing, butt welding, scraping out seams and so on.
This can be performed not only on steel but also on aluminium and stainless steel products.
Producing 1 up to 500,000 items does not pose any problem for us at all. We can even develop and produce the necessary tooling for this purpose in-house.
